Can you help me to identify the problem. There are several brown spotted leaves on one of the ladies. My runoff ph is 5 using ffof soil.

I have tried to raise it by giving it a few waters with a ph of 7 or 7.5 but are the leaves with the brown spots starting to yellow, and cup a little too? I have read other posts but the pictures don't really seem the same. Lesions leaf spot of grapes. I tried googling but could not locate the exact problem i am having.
