19.10.2020 ยท i'm hoping to stain my red oak peninsula cabinets black.or a black with a deep brown tint. I am trying to refinish a solid oak table (and benches) my dad made years ago. Stairs were done to match. Another option would be to try a 50/50 mix with special walnut and dark walnut or special walnut and jacobean.
